We're a small, globally-distributed team that's focused on building. If you'd rather ship a pull request than file a ticket, craft a prototype over a strategy document, visualize data for others to use versus yet another spreadsheet, you might be one of us.
How we win matters as much as whether we win. Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose, so we hold ourselves to a high ethical standard and make decisions we can be proud of years from now.
We hire adults. We trust people to manage their time, energy, and schedules. Our expectations are high, but they're measured by outcomes and impact—not by hours online, meeting attendance, or performative busyness.
When it comes to time, treat it as capital and keep things moving. Respond promptly, prioritize unblocking others, and do what can be done today. Make decisions and maintain momentum.
No task is beneath us. We do what needs to be done, including the unglamorous work that keeps the company healthy.

As a fast-moving, small startup we aim to interview, hire, and onboard quickly. Our interview process is mutual—candidates should come with questions, and weigh the trade-offs: freedom and autonomy with speed and resource constraints.
Application review
We aim to review applications within a week.
Initial conversation
You'll meet with one of the leaders at Workbrew to learn more about the company's goals, operating system, and expectations.
Expertise interview
Depending on the role, this may consist of 1–2 conversations, with interactive role-specific exercises.
Values interview
One of the leaders at Workbrew will talk to you about mindset, habits, and decision-making to see if there is alignment.
References
We will ask for these after our final interview. Requesting references does not guarantee an offer.

Our offers will include start date, equity package, and compensation.
Historically, this process takes 4–6 weeks from opening a role to extending an offer.
